Job Summary
Coordinates efforts among supervisors, planners, engineers, shifts, departments, and plants to support manufacturing execution. Responsible for communicating manufacturing execution to the broader organization.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate manufacturing planning activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand.
- Identify material shortages, expediting orders, and adjusting production schedules.
- System and documentation support through identifying potential issues with the Bill of Material (BOM's) usage quantities and characteristics and escalating through standardized channels. Document production-related transactions to maintain a clear and accurate record.
- Identify and suggest improvements to manufacturing, planning processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve manufacturing and planning objectives.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the workplace.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Required Qualifications
- Education: High School or equivalent
