Program Manager, Adult Services Patient Safety Full Time 84768BR Job Summary The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Patient Safety Adult Services, within the Department of Quality & Pt Safety (DoQS) to manage the programming, planning, implementation and monitoring of UCSF Health-wide projects, initiatives and ongoing efforts like Leapfrog surveys, Culture of Safety surveys, Event Management, Patient Safety Week, Caring for the Caregiver, Schwartz Rounds etc. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $102,400 - $156,000 (Annual Rate).
