Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Training, you will coordinate RBDC regional based training programs and Flight School. This includes managing all logistics, maintaining our budget and partnering with different hospitality vendors. You will also aid in the development of job aids/ learning resources. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, managing multiple events, schedules, and vendors 1+ years of experience creating learning materials or job aids Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Experience with an LMS preferred, but not required CPG or Beverage Industry Field Sales experience preferred but not required Events and logistics management experience required, with strong prioritization and time management skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
