Job Title: Business(&Sales) Support Location: 3033 W President George Bush Hwy #250 Plano TX 75075 Duration: 1yr + extend Pay Rate: $26.00 Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 08:30-17:30 - OT may required Job Description: Support Sales and Business Development teams with daily administrative and operational tasks. Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, presentations, and reports. Manage and update CRM systems and sales-related databases. Conduct P&L simulations using Excel and the Cello system to support financial decision-making. Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Pricing, Legal, Operations, and finance teams. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities. Help track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and partner engagements. Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and business development activities. Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Entry level or less than 3 years of sales support or business development support experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics industry.
