We are currently hiring for:

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the shipping, receiving, and dry storage at the Bolingbrook, IL facility. This includes oversight of all warehouse, receiving, transportation, inventory and materials management functions to ensure the control of finished product and raw inventory and the timely fulfillment and delivery of customer products.

Compensation Details: Salary range between $72,819 up to $102,719 depending on years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Managing the daily shipping and receiving operations at the facility.
  • Manage accurate movement of raw, cooked, and packaging materials and inventory control including weekly cycle counts on and off the dock.
  • Manage the plant inventory.
  • Manage pallet program within the facility for all departments.
  • Maintain safety training as directed by safety department.
  • Control carriers and product movement coming in and out of the facility for all inbound and outbound loads.
  • Communicate daily with other departments and other facilities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience working on a shipping or warehouse dock is ideal.
  • Previous manufacturing in the meat industry a plus.
  • Previous Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Inventory control and product movement experience is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team of resourceful and skilled team members.
  • Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Must be able to problem solve.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
  • Basic computer skills including Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of a timekeeping system.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
  • Coaching and performance management experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
  • Candidates must successfully pass the post-offer/pre-employment drug test and background screen.
