The Quality Analyst will support clinical teams in achieving high quality and safe patient care. Assist with design, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement projects, and quality performance data. Supports setting QI goals and in implementing PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) cycles. The position will assist and support provider and staff teams in designing and implementing workflows for achieving quality and patient experience outcomes. Supports initial review of risk and safety incidents. Works with operations and providers in obtaining, reviewing and adjudicating incidents. Supports review and responses to patient grievances. Obtains, monitors, and reports quality, utilization, and patient experience metrics internally and externally.
The full salary range for the Quality Analyst is $61,000 - $106,800 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $85,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
