It's an exciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for a Maintenance Technician. This position is essential to our mission by ensuring our precision equipment - including injection molding machines, automation systems, and facility infrastructure - are in top working condition. This is a full-time, non-exempt paid position, and the hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM. This position may occasionally require weekend or on-call availability to support operational demands.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose & repair injection molding presses, robotics, auxiliary systems, HVAC, plumbing, security, and electrical systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance - Own the PM schedule within our ERP/CMMS (Epicor). Document and track maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and regulatory compliance.
  • Install & Validate - Support new equipment installations, mold setups, and assist Engineering with validation efforts.
  • Inventory & Calibration - Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure all calibration tools meet ISO and regulatory standards.
  • Project Collaboration - Work cross-functionally to scope budgets, upgrade machinery, and improve facilities.
  • Safety First - Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement - Proactively seek and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Teamwork & Communication - Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. Share best practices and foster collaboration.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience:



  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience required.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance (preferably in injection molding or medical device manufacturing) preferred.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting automation systems including robotics, PLCs, and servo controls.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and PLC ladder logic.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle).
  • Understanding of OSHA, ISO13485, and cGMP (or willing to learn).
  • High sense of urgency and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures in a regulated environment.
