St Pierre is a premium, French-inspired, brioche focused bakery brand that makes 'Everyday Moments Magnifique' has experienced rapid growth over the last 5 years across 2 geographies: USA & UK and is expanding into the rest of world market.
Grupo Bimbo is the world's largest bakery, operating across 34 geographies worldwide. In October 2022, Grupo Bimbo acquired St Pierre with a vision to expand across global geographies.
The Sr. Director, General Management will have full P&L responsibility for the Sr. Pierre Brand and private label brand business across the U.S. market.As a Sr. Director, General Management, you will be a critical member of the Sr. Pierre Global Leadership team, who will be instrumental in providing full accountability for the development and delivery of the Full Potential across the U.S. business.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the customer and market growth strategy for the St Pierre brand across the U.S. aligning to St Pierre Global Plans and Grupo Bimbo company goals.
  • Leading longer term execution of the Full Potential program including delivery against the key levers of Velocity, Innovation and Distribution.
  • Responsible for the local execution of the Global brand communication platform, supported by instore activation to drive awareness and build household penetration.
  • Design and build a launch program for defined brands, which achieves maximum impact and disruption in store at pace from launch.
  • Develop phased customer contact strategies and marketing activation campaigns aligned to the in-house production and capacity build plan
  • Responsible for leading the agenda with Grupo Bimbo on in-house manufacturing capabilities and capacity planning, supporting relevant Grupo Bimbo business cases as needed.
  • Ongoing assessment of supply chain capabilities to optimize the value chain across the U.S. as the business expands.
  • Ensure the Customer business is protected and maintained, and profitability is maximized at every opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market and customer trends, with sound knowledge of competitor brands and activity.
  • Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders including close collaboration with St. Pierre, Bimbo USA, Bimbo Corporate
  • Support and lead team through ongoing business integration into St Pierre Global.
  • Responsible for input into internal commercial and financial reporting to St Pierre Global in line with Monthly and Quarterly Grupo Bimbo deadlines.

Education and Work History:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field. Master's degree or MBA is desirable
  • 12+ years of increasingly responsibility, at least 5 years which must be in the food industry.
  • 8+ years of direct management experience. Management of multiple locations and departments preferred.
  • Strong team player to leverage existing resources & drive excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to 'get things done'.Ability to roll up sleeves and drive change.
  • Must have a proven track record of effectively leading teams and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in providing change management leadership during growth and business transformation.
  • Proven ability to develop high-performing teams through mentoring, collaboration, and accountability to rigorous standards while sustaining high engagement and positive energy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts enterprise-wide, from the executive team to the manufacturing floor within a multi-cultural, diverse environment.
