Title Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) - Full time Category Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers Location Maple Grove Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Days Work schedule 3-5 days/week Req Number PHY-25-00005 Open Date 4/30/2025 Description The Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology seeks a full time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Sleep Medicine practice located in Maple Grove, MN. Responsibilities will be to perform history and physical exams (new consults and follow-up visits), coordinate patient care, manage prescriptions and provide patient/family education.Our current care team includes a supervising physician, three advanced practice providers, one patient care coordinator, and a specialized scheduling team. Comprehensive training in Sleep Medicine will be provided, as well as ongoing continuing education benefits. Position Requirements Master's degree from Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with certification and current license required. Experience with Sleep Medicine is desirable but not required; background training in Neurology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is also favorable. Must possess excellent clinical skills, efficiency, and ability to function with a high level of autonomy. Must be self-motivated, dedicated to continuing medication education and detail-oriented; our team values excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health record required, Epic preferred.
