Nokia of America Corporation, Care Senior Support Engineer (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX.



  • Provide technical support for customer networks, overall performance of the Subscriber Data Management (SDM) products and supporting customers for end-to-end support.
  • Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call support, provide proactive maintenance service support and delivery, support change management service delivery, and organize and participate in pilot and rollout upgrades and patch installations.
  • Assist with new technology support and service deployment, provide technical answers, share technical information and provide competence transfer.
  • Consult with customers regarding optimization, planning and feature activations.
  • Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI



Domestic travel required up to 10%.

International travel required up to 5%.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, Texas may be permitted.

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following:



  • Core Network Elements and 5G Architectures;
  • Subscriber Data Network architecture, including standards and products;
  • Cloud environments: Openstack or Kubernetes; and Troubleshooting tools and processes.
