SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a Principal Project Manager - Natural Resources to join our team in Arlington, TX. If you're a seasoned environmental professional who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is passionate about team culture, this is your opportunity to lead impactful projects at a firm soley focused on the science! As a Principal Project Manager, you'll take charge of high-profile natural resources projects, cultivating strong client relationships, managing multidisciplinary teams, and guiding biological field studies from planning to completion. You'll also play a key role in mentoring emerging talent and driving new business opportunities that align with your vision and expertise. In this leadership role, you'll support a broad array of clients navigating complex environmental challenges related to the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and other federal, state, and local regulations. Our diverse portfolio spans industries such as oil & gas, infrastructure, land development, water resources, and government agencies-offering a dynamic and rewarding workload. An employee in this Arlington-based position can expect an annual salary of $110,292.00 to $145,236.00/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
