TENNESSEE ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION (TEC) ADMINISTRATOR Department of Economic and Community Development Tennessee Entertainment Commission Division Nashville, TN Closing Date: 05/05/2025

This position is designated as Work from Home (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, maintain Forms/materials; Coordinate the appropriate materials to establish a Grant Contract with legal and get the Vendor.
  • Work with ECD Audit and the client to help address and resolve monitoring issues. Coordinate and monitor final invoice and rebate issuance.
  • Liaison services to 200+ local and inbound productions annually with logistical/community related resources. Directly work with producers and location managers to retrieve material information with the appropriate currency (foreign productions).
  • Also work closely with the legal departments of most state agencies to make sure all requirements per state government are satisfied.
  • Commission Meetings coordination of all the logistical requirements for in-person or site visits. Distributes timely communications to board and advisory council members.
  • Utilize ReelScout tool TN production crews experienced/skilled to work in the industry; created Locations Library allows TN owners to list/promote property to prospect entertainment companies.
  • Implement/promote internship pathways between private industry & post-secondary institutions; site visits for students for exposure to relevant private industry companies.
