Adobe Target Job Description:

* Adobe Target Recommendations & Automated Personalization

* Adobe.IO API Development

* Integrate additional systems and building out the Adobe stack

* Implement A/B tests and help prioritize testing.

* Support an ongoing roadmap of Target improvements.

* Participate in technical & functional discussion with all business & IT teams.

Successful must haves

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience working Adobe Target and good understanding of Adobe experience Cloud technologies

* Experience in A/B testing and site personalization efforts

* Development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Data layers

* Adobe Target Certification

* Ability to prioritize and work in a very fast-paced environment

* Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams like product owners, technologies teams, and marketing partners

Nice to have

* Good understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM/Launch/Data Collection

* Adobe Analytics tagging experience

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 04, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $138,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
