The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time Lead Student Engagement Specialist at the Richfield High School for the 2025-26 school year. This position will support the implementation of a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment by serving as a key resource and point of contact for student engagement practices. Building on the responsibilities of the Student Engagement Specialist role, this position assists with the coordination of school-wide behavior strategies and supports the consistent use of a preventative, multi-tiered, and culturally responsive behavior framework. This role provides guidance and peer support to other Student Engagement Specialists within the high school, helping ensure consistency in the delivery of social emotional learning (SEL), tiered interventions, and restorative practices. The Lead serves as a liaison between students, staff, and school administration to promote positive student outcomes and equitable disciplinary practices.
