Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP SD OTC Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SD and GTS modules to meet business needs. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, overseeing the testing and deployment of SAP OTC solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and international trade regulations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement SAP OTC processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SD and GTS modules, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations using SAP GTS.
• Oversee the testing and deployment of SAP OTC solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SD and GTS modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SAP OTC processes align with business objectives.
• Manage the sales order process, including pricing, billing, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Lead a team of SAP Functional Analysts and ABAP developers, providing guidance and support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all financial processes and systems comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for SAP SD and GTS related functions.
• Ability to configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP).
• Clear and confident technical communication skills.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SD and GTS modules.
• Proven experience in leading SAP projects and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
