The Director of Marketing Analytics at Chobani is responsible for developing and implementing data-inspired marketing strategies, proactively monitoring industry trends, and evaluating marketing performance through advanced analytics. This role involves creating comprehensive frameworks, leveraging marketplace signals, and maintaining dashboards to track key KPIs. The director will also develop social media analytics strategies and use sentiment analysis to monitor brand health.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing strategies based on data insights to drive business growth.
o Design and Implement Analytics Frameworks: Develop comprehensive frameworks for marketing analytics that align with business objectives.
o Data-Inspired Decision Making: Utilize data insights to inform and shape marketing strategies, ensuring they are effective and targeted.
o Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in marketing analytics to ensure Chobani is utilizing cutting-edge techniques and tools for measurement.

2. Industry Monitoring: Proactively monitor category, consumer & competitive trends to uncover growth opportunities.
o Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
o Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare performance against industry standards and best practices.
o Integration/Synthesis: Leverage marketplace and business signals, contributing to a holistic perspective to the business across Category/Channel/Consumer and Competitive performance.

3. Performance Measurement: Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts leveraging performance analytics.
o Marketing Effectiveness: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using advanced analytics techniques to measure ROI and effectiveness.
o Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
o KPIs & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key marketing KPIs (e.g., penetration, share, engagement, etc.,) and provide regular reporting to drive performance optimization.

4. Social/Digital Analytics: Measure impact of social & digital metrics to maximize their impact and effectiveness.
o Social Media Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting social media data to derive actionable insights and inform Chobani's social media strategies.
o Trend Identification & Reporting: Track key social media trends, conversations, and audience sentiment to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and the broader market landscape. Regularly report insights to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
o Social Listening & Sentiment Analysis: Use social listening tools and sentiment analysis techniques to monitor brand health, track public opinion, and identify emerging opportunities or potential risks.

5. Team Leadership: Manage the marketing analytics team and collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
o Manage Analytics Team: Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
o Resource Allocation: Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
o Build agency ecosystem and collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing/performance analytics, digital marketing, or consumer insights.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with experience using analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to create reports and draw actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute a data-driven social media measurement strategy that aligns with brand objectives and drives growth.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative: A team player with strong collaboration skills who can work cross-functionally to drive brand success and social media innovation.
  • Problem Solver: Able to think critically and proactively address challenges while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and strategies.

Compensation Range:$148,000.00-$222,000.00, plus bonus.
