Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties




  • Adheres to all policies and procedures
  • Assists the Supervisor in leading a group of peers/subordinates largely in coordination of work which may include materials loading, production functions, maintenance functions and training/mentoring.
  • This may be done at different organizational levels.
  • Performs normal base job functions in area of expertise when requested.
  • Coordinates with Training, EHS and HR to ensure appropriate safety training, safety measure and equipment are in place and appropriately utilized to ensure the safety of our team.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills




  • Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts. Follows established procedures and guidelines.



  • Works under general supervision. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and/or reviewing the work of other peers.



  • May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.



  • Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.




Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:




  • High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.


  • 02-04 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Occasional business travel required, Vaild driver's license and passport,cGMP training/experience desired.

Salary Range:$20.39 - $25.49
