Ingram Content Group(ICG) is currently seeking a Business Process Engineer, tojoin our team inLaVergne, TN(Greater Nashville area). This person analyzes, optimizes, and streamlines business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Supports the development of process mastery within the organization aimed at improving KPIs for efficiency, reliability, and quality. Identifies areas of quality improvement driving controllable, scalable changes. Effectively articulates necessary actions to stakeholders through data-driven analytics and effective communication to drive results. The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field OR year for year directly related experience
- 5 years' business process engineering experience
- 2 years' experience managing organizational change and/or project management

The Business Process key responsibilities are:
- Conducts thorough analyses of existing business processes within the various parts of the organization to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, deep diving operational opportunities for scalable and effective solutions.
- Analyzes various site and process performance against relevant business objectives and establish recommended actions to improve.
- Identifies strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, improve operations, and improve service quality.
- Creates and maintains gap analysis detail reporting and creates and maintain reporting decks to articulate and communicate process improvements and strategies.
- Provides improvements and enhancement recommendations to leadership and work with leadership to identify appropriate solutions.
- Designs and assists in the delivery of initiatives across the business. Manage process improvements projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Ops Integration, Warehouse Ops, IT, Shipping, and Transportation to evaluate processes, identify opportunities and implement changes.
- Monitors the impacts of process changes and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Creates detailed process documentation as necessary, including flowcharts and process maps when required.
- Designs future state processes in support of continual improvement and transformation in operational efficiency.
- Provides training and support to business units during process transitions.
