Senior Lead, Finance Systems – (Employer is HomeServe USA Corp. in Norwalk, CT) – Manage requirements gathering and deliverables, and design cross application solutions. Architect technical design, including code build review, change release management and version control. Manage project plan including scope, schedule, and budget. Prioritize and triage incidents according to business impact, including mitigation. Manage test planning, cases, and testing. Prioritize and assign requests according to business needs including in-depth analysis, solution design, and testing. Responsible for ensuring project implementation is SOX compliant. Manage third-party vendor support workstream, escalations and priorities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with:  Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, Oracle Cloud Console, EPM ARCS, OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle EBS, Oracle AIM Methodology, Project Management Institute Methodology, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and MS Visio; SQL developer and writing SQL queries; providing system analysis and mitigations for Oracle process issues with reports for consolidation, trial balances, period closing, GL closing, and reporting currency ledgers; providing system analysis and mitigations for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Financial Accounting Hub, Fixed Assets, iProcurement, Purchasing, and AME workflows; System Administrator activities including access control, defining and configuring responsibilities, value sets, Flexfield, data groups, request groups, lookups,  registering applications, reports, and job scheduling and dependencies; creating and managing Oracle Service Requests and Requests for Changes as an Oracle Managed Cloud Services customer; Incidents, Requests, and Change release management; ensuring company's transactions, record creation and updates are SOX compliant; requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing and post-production support for enhancements and project implementations; designing and documenting systems architecture, data integrations, and data replication in an Oracle database; and Project Management using PMI methodologies and MS Project.
