We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team, specializing in full stack development with a focus on C# and Angular. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality web applications that meet business and user needs. You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, user-friendly, and efficient solutions for the Centracs Mobility product line.

DUTIES:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C# (.NET) for backend and Angular for frontend.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and deliver high-performing software.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development with C# (.NET) and Angular with TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development with .NET Core or .NET Framework.
  • Strong understanding of Unit Testing and Dependency Injection.
  • Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
