Responsibilities:
Analyze historical and current financial data to assess the company's financial health.
Develop financial models to forecast business outcomes and profitability.
Prepare accurate financial forecasts based on trends, with adjustments for the remaining months of the fiscal year (3+9 forecasting).
Develop a comprehensive 3-year budget plan that aligns operational and capital expenditure goals with organizational objectives.
Identify key drivers influencing future expenditures, ensuring sustainable growth and cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor and report variances between actuals and forecasts, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Perform liquidity analysis to assess the company's ability to meet short-term financial obligations.
Analyze and monitor cash burn rates to optimize operational spending and ensure financial sustainability.
Create and maintain detailed financial reports that include budget forecasts, liquidity analysis, KPI metrics, and performance summaries for management.
Monitor financial risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and to gather data and refine both short-term forecasts and long-term budgets.
Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus).
A minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or specialized software).
Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and investment strategies.
Experience in a public company is considered a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Office Environment; with occasional exposure to shop environment
