Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and bank account management. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account analysis. Collaborate with the Finance Department to streamline processes and improve financial controls. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliations and treasury management. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
