About the Role:

As the clinical product specialist in the region, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, clinical teams and the patients as well as distributor partners to implement the therapy in the region, ensuring effective product utilization and optimal patient outcomes. You will provide on-site clinical support during live procedures, conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, and deliver impactful product presentations. Additionally, you will collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) and distributor partners to drive market adoption and support business growth. This role requires frequent travel within the region to engage with stakeholders, assist in hospital visits, and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding therapy awareness and clinical excellence

Clinical Product Specialist - Key Qualifications



  1. Proficiency in English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration in an international environment.
  2. Product Presentation Expertise - Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling and informative presentations to healthcare professionals and distributor partners.
  3. Clinical Support & Procedural Assistance - Extensive experience providing on-site clinical support during live procedures and hospital engagements, ensuring optimal product application and patient outcomes.
  4. Strategic KoL & Distributor Engagement - Proven capability in building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) and distributor partners to drive strategic initiatives and sales growth.
  5. Educational Background - bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or a related discipline.
  6. Healthcare Market Expertise - In-depth understanding of the Eastern European healthcare landscape, including medical regulations, hospital workflows, and clinical best practices.
  7. Multilingual Proficiency (Preferred) - Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory; additional language skills in Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, or other regional languages are advantageous.
  8. Customer & Sales Support Experience - Strong track record of collaborating with sales teams and fostering long-term client relationships to enhance business development.
  9. Flexibility & Willingness to Travel - Ability to travel frequently within the region to provide training, case support, and business development activities.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
  • Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Assist customers (HCPs and Distributor partners) with trainings, clinical and technical enquiries.
  • Business planning and implementation throughout the area of responsibility. (Eastern Europe)
  • Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential.
  • Systematic Collection, interpretation and presentation of the market and competitor information.
  • Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities in the area of responsibility.
  • Attendance at relevant local and international conferences and meetings.
