Primary Responsibilities:



  • Identify and implement improvements in clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and patient care
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyze medical, cost, and diagnosis data to identify outcomes, validate cost data accuracy, and compare survey results to clinical criteria
  • Evaluate specialty services against industry standards, review utilization reports, assess risks, and balance clinical and business priorities to make recommendations
  • Ensure all data and reports are accurate, reliable, and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Participate in leadership meetings and communicate findings and recommendations
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Optimize EHR systems to improve clinical workflows, enhance data accuracy, and streamline reporting processes
  • Build collaborative relationships, provide explanations for findings, ensure consistency in communication, and promote recommended process improvements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a clinical setting, such as nursing, healthcare administration, or clinical research
  • Proven solid analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite



Preferred Qualification:



  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and data analysis software



The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
