Overview of Responsibilities: Processes a board range of loan servicing related requests. Ensures MSGCU consumer loans maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and MSGCU policies and procedures.
- Business Lending Support: Prepares and reviews loan documents for new business lending initiatives. Conducts third-party due diligence to ensure compliance before closing. Verifies the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation post-closing.
- Loan Servicing: Reviews completed loans to confirm terms align with lending documents. Corrects discrepancies in loan terms, rates, or other conditions and updates collateral documentation as necessary. Researches and responds to billing disputes, loan re-amortization requests, and servicing-related tickets to ensure satisfaction with internal teams and members. Acts as a back-up resource for team members for loan processing involving out of state ownership, varying state-specific guidelines, or larger loans.
- Compliance and Regulation Adherence: Maintains awareness of how changes affect regulations including Truth in Lending Act, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act Updates loan procedures as directed based policy, process, and regulatory changes and supports communication updates to impacted teams.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; and
- 3 years of loan servicing experience within a financial institution, with a strong understanding of lending practices and regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Office and branch location environment with little discomfort from noise, extreme temperature, dust, or other factors.
- Occasionally required to travel throughout MSGCU's service area as business needs require.
- Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, such as robbery. Receives detailed instructions and security procedures on an annual basis to minimize risk.
- This work involves sitting most of the time with brief periods of walking or standing and may occasionally require lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

- Base hourly pay begins at $21.25 / hour
