We're hiring a Manager of Employee Engagement to join our Human Resources Team.



Responsibilities

Assist the Director of HR with programs and events to increase employee engagement and support inclusive initiatives. Develops and implements new initiatives while measuring and tracking progress.

Contributes articles and insight into Univest United newsletter as needed with the assistance of Marketing.

Leads the Mentor Program and Co-Leads the Internship Program with the support of the Senior HR Generalist.

Supports the Employee Resource Groups, the Accent Club, manages WorkTango, coordinates the Service Awards, Administrative

Professionals and Veterans Day celebrations, Take Your Child to Work Day and other employee programs.

Conducts Engagement and Pulse surveys and focus groups and develops programs around feedback

Develops and facilitates employee training and education across the Corporation's footprint under the direction of the Manager of Training.

Develops Employee Engagement budget, runs reports for events, and handles all administrative details for employee events.

Communicates effectively with employees, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.

Generates, analyzes and reports on programs and metrics on a quarterly basis for management and Board.

Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.

Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

3+ years' experience planning and executing engagement/retention activities and events for 500+ employees.

Strong verbal, presentation, relational and written communications skills

Ability to create a budget and stay within those parameters annually

Ability to plan, implement and monitor programs and special events

Ability to create curriculum and present to audiences at various levels

Experience in gathering, evaluating and reporting statistical data

Team player with a sense of humor

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, implement change, build credibility, and interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion; set and maintain privacy standards, apply policies with consistency, use creativity in problem solving; ability to use sound judgment and retain a positive outlook under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint.

Willingness and ability to travel, as needed, within the organizational footprint and to be available for events/meetings within and outside M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Wage Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000
