As our Office Superstar, you'll be the friendly face at the front desk, the go-to guru for all things office-related, and the mastermind behind our events and meetings. Key Responsibilities: First Impressions Matter: Greet every employee and visitor with a warm smile and a friendly hello. You're the welcoming committee! Phone Whisperer: Answer phone inquiries with charm and professionalism, directing calls and taking messages like a pro. Attendance Ace: Keep our attendance records spot-on by entering daily attendance into the Newport system-accuracy is your middle name! Contact Keeper: Maintain and update our contact lists, ensuring everyone knows who to reach out to. Supply Room Wizard: Manage the office supply inventory like a boss! Keep our supply room stocked and ready for action. Expense Report Ninja: Help our leadership team by processing monthly expense reports-your attention to detail will shine here! Travel Coordinator Extraordinaire: Plan travel arrangements for the team, making sure everyone gets to their destination without a hitch. Engagement Enthusiast: Assist in organizing fun employee engagement activities that bring our team together. Uniform Guru: Help with uniform management and ordering, ensuring everyone looks sharp! Presentation Pro: Collaborate with leadership to create eye-catching presentations and reports that wow the crowd. Jack/Jill of All Trades: Take on various reception and office management duties, keeping our office running smoothly.
