The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of vision and execution: someone who can shape long-term strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to build, refine, and deliver programs day to day. You'll work closely with HRBPs, People Programs, Recruiting, and cross-functional leaders to ensure talent initiatives are scalable, aligned with our values, and tailored to the needs of our unique and fast-evolving organization.
