Responsibilities
- Trains Physicians, providers and new hires, on-the-job and refresher training on electronic health record
- Maintains log and follows-up on all tickets logged with the iKnowMed Help Desk
- Assists with troubleshooting issues for all users in person, via phone and/or email
- Monitors current processes, procedures and workflow to determine areas of improvement and makes recommendations
- Maintains communication with all users to better understand the iKnowMed processes and workflow
- Researches and responds to routine and non-routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner. May obtain assistance to resolve complex inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor*s Degree in related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree required.
- Minimum three years experience working with electronic health records. Clinical experience as a healthcare practitioner required.
- Excellent communication, planning, presentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office required.
