Job Description As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for writing operational requirements for MiTek Kova, an ERP system used by homebuilders to address key business challenges and streamline operations. You will lead complex projects and products across a range of software solutions, managing both short-term initiatives and long-term strategic efforts.This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, prioritize solutions, and ensure successful delivery. You will also provide technical support and training on new features and functionality. As a core member of an agile product team, you will actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk assessment-working closely with software developers and quality assurance managers to guide decision-making and ensure project success.
