Reimagine What's Possible Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant for the VP, Chief Audit Executive at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Executive Assistant will maintain the VP's Outlook calendar, ensuring efficient use of time, and keeping the executive on schedule. They will manage expenses, balancing corporate card expenses and ensuring they remain within the corporate T&E policy, coordinate meetings and set up video conferences as needed, develop strong relationships with others, and make travel arrangements for the VP and any relevant business partners including domestic and international itineraries. They will also co-manage the maintenance of the Internal Audit SharePoint site, coordinate collecting and developing materials for Board and other committee meetings, and support other ad hoc projects as needed.
