Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant for the VP, Chief Audit Executive at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The Executive Assistant will maintain the VP's Outlook calendar, ensuring efficient use of time, and keeping the executive on schedule. They will manage expenses, balancing corporate card expenses and ensuring they remain within the corporate T&E policy, coordinate meetings and set up video conferences as needed, develop strong relationships with others, and make travel arrangements for the VP and any relevant business partners including domestic and international itineraries. They will also co-manage the maintenance of the Internal Audit SharePoint site, coordinate collecting and developing materials for Board and other committee meetings, and support other ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' of experience providing executive support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to create correspondences, presentations, agendas, reports, and update SharePoint sites.
  • Strong sense of judgment when dealing with confidential information.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities at once.
  • Intuitive - able to anticipate needs and develop solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to act as an ambassador on behalf of the executive.
  • Growth mindset, energetic, positive team player with strong relationship building skills.
  • Personal accountability and ability to drive projects/tasks through to completion. Removes obstacles and eliminates waste.
  • Experience coordinating executive international travel, ideally with knowledge of TRAVISA, passport, and VISA procedures.
  • Experience using Concur for expense reporting.
  • Experience processing invoices.
