WHAT WE OFFER * Paid Time Off * Medical * Dental * Vision * Flexible Spending Accounts * Critical Illness/Accident Coverage * Life Insurance * Short & Long-term Disability * 401(K) * Profit Sharing * Parental Leave * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Holidays ABOUT THE JOB * When trucks are loaded or unloaded, make sure that they are done in a timely manner. * Coordinate with the shipping clerk that loads are prioritized by the daily needs of production and warehouse. * Oversee that the docks and warehouse are properly cleaned. * Oversee that raw materials and all full goods are placed in their proper locations, both inside and outside of the place. * Operate a forklift to achieve the above job duties. * Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in all areas of loading, unloading and forklift duties on the production lines. * Shag trailers. * Hold monthly tailgate meetings. * Use bar codes scanning equipment and computer. * Comply with all safety rules and regulations. * Follow all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) * Follow all food safety policies, procedures and regulations.
