Position Summary Responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of pharmaceutical care is provided to all Valley Pharmacy patients in collaboration with the Director of Pharmacy and Manager of Pharmacy. Education B.S. or PharmD. in Pharmacy, New Jersey Pharmacist license. Experience Registered Pharmacist with minimum 2 years retail pharmacy experience. Skills Computer literacy. Effective communication skills (oral, writing, presentation) and interactive skills to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of varied age and cultural groups, departmental and hospital staff, physicians, and patients/family members. Ability to respond quickly and meet the customer's request and/or needs. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to effectively handle interruptions and adapt to a changing environment, workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, trouble-shoot and solve problems. Demonstrated organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
