As a DSC Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of leaders who manage high-volume call center sales teams. You'll guide and develop these people leaders to coach effectively, drive performance, and elevate the customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partners with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, plans and programs that align with area, division and organizational objectives and contribute to an increase in sales, profitable growth and customer satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify needs and guide in the development and implementation of coaching, mentoring, performance development and succession planning programs.
- Provides coaching and training to Supervisors, in order to support both Supervisor and sales agent development and success.
- Carries out transformation experimental processes to secure future department success.
- Collaborates with leadership to evaluate implemented processes and provides support and coaching to Supervisors to ensure effective implementation of new processes and intended results are realized.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven leadership of leaders with a track record of developing frontline managers in a high-volume sales or telemarketing environment.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - able to turn insights into action.
- Coaching-first approach with a passion for building high-performing teams and empowering supervisors to coach effectively.
- Change-ready, tech-savvy, and collaborative - thrives in dynamic environments, communicates with impact, and aligns closely with business goals.
- Ability to travel and ability to work a flexible schedule
