Overview: This role involves managing various aspects of agency (Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac / ASTM) scope Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and Property Condition Reports (PCR) including technical report review, report editing/delivery, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ASTM, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac inspection and report requirements, experience in field inspection, report preparation, report technical review/revision, and the ability to maintain effective communication across multiple teams. This role requires staying current with industry related regulations/guidelines, and ensuring all draft, revised and final reports are accurate and in compliance with the specified scope of work and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: * Act as primary client point-of-contact regarding requested report revisions and requests for final report delivery What you will need: * Minimum Bachelor of Science or Arts degree, preferably in engineering or architectural studies Compensation: * Salary plus company bonus plan The Salary Range for this position is $83,300 - $124,900 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
