As the Learning Facilitation Manager, you will oversee the delivery of leadership and enterprise learning programs across IDEXX. You will lead a small team of internal and contract facilitators and work to build a pool of global resources to ensure high-quality content delivery. You will ensure that learning experiences are engaging and effective, aligning with organizational goals.

The Talent Development organization within IDEXX is building a world class Talent Development function. This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be onsite at our headquarters at least 8-days a month in Westbrook, ME.

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Learning Facilitation Manager, you will support the delivery of our learning products. You will collaborate seamlessly with all teams in Talent Development and external partners to ensure that we provide programs that enable our employees to achieve their professional goals.

  • You will lead and manage a team of internal and contract facilitators, ensuring effective delivery of learning and leadership programs across multiple regions.
  • You will develop and maintain a pool of global learning delivery resources, including subject matter experts and facilitators, to support diverse learning needs.
  • You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and quality of facilitation, gathering feedback to make continuous improvements and ensuring global facilitation standards and practices are used.
  • You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure learning sessions align with organizational objectives and meet the needs of participants.
  • You will partner to ensure smooth execution and participant engagement in workshops including consulting on scheduling and logistics of learning sessions.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality facilitators and resources.
  • You will foster the development and expansion of facilitation skills across IDEXX, ensuring that our internal teams are equipped with the latest techniques and learning methodologies.
  • You will deliver high-caliber workshops for senior level leaders aligning with both leadership and business objectives.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • You have proven experience in learning facilitation (7+ years), with a focus on managing global teams and resources.
  • You have a strong understanding of learning, development and facilitation methodologies and best practices
  • You have experience facilitating executive team development.
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of facilitators.
  • You possess situational adaptability and can adapt your approach and demeanor in real time to match shifting demands of different situations.
  • You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • You have a strong customer focus and build solid relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • You value differences by recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.
  • You have excellent organizational, business, and communication skills, including analytical ability, project management, and facilitation in both one-to-one and group contexts.
  • You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and experience with virtual facilitation platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support global facilitation efforts.
