Material Mixer (Preblend)

• Help to Guarantee PreBlend and Production Operate Smoothly and Efficiently
• Regularly Lift 50-100lbs Bags of Chemicals
• Prepare Numerous Mixes for Both Joy-Mark and GTP Joy-Mark Operations
• Help Ensure the Production Process will Deliver Products of Maximum Quality While Staying Profitable
• Provide Emergency/Unscheduled Pre-Blend Mixes to Keep Production Running
• Check Pre-Blend Stock and Report any Low on Stock Materials
• Check Raw Materials Trailers and Make Sure They Are Locked Before Leaving the Shift
• Follow All Safety Policies and Procedures
• Check Schedule for Upcoming Mixes That will be Needed
• Identify Issues in Production Efficiency
• Assist With Training New Employees
• Follow Proper Quality Control Procedures and Report any Deviations From Procedures
• Assist Where Needed
• Other Duties as Assigned by Manager
• Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area
• Work Overtime as Needed

Qualifications

• Practical mind and attention to detail
• Forklift Experience
• Ability to work with materials handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Experience in using various types of equipment, machinery, and tools
• Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude
• Results driven and show initiative
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Regular and consistent attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent
