Shift and Pay Information



  • Salary | $52,000 - $65,000
  • Night Shift | 4:30 PM - 3:15 AM



Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of supervisor and/or manufacturing experience
  • Able to multi-task and build/maintain working relationships with other team members
  • Excellent communication skills



Production Supervisor Position Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage personnel, maintain equipment, and drive process improvements to meet or exceed production goals-most importantly, achieving 100% on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the daily workflow of production to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and evaluate manufacturing efficiency through time studies and process assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs or adjustments on machines to ensure optimal operation.
  • Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a compliant and efficient work environment.
  • Assign tasks and oversee team performance based on daily production needs.
  • Identify training opportunities for staff and make recommendations for development to management.
  • Assess and communicate staffing requirements to management to support production goals.
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports to track output and performance metrics.
  • Foster consistent communication with team members to ensure alignment with production schedules and company goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor by enforcing housekeeping standards.
  • Administer disciplinary actions when necessary and escalate major incidents to the Production Manager.
  • Evaluate employee productivity and efficiency through regular performance reviews.
  • Request necessary tools, supplies, and equipment to support production needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
