Revenue Specialist

EnSafe Inc. is accepting applications for a Revenue Specialist based out of our Memphis, TN office.

EnSafe specializes in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology, with offices operating within the U.S.

What We Are Looking For:

As a Revenue Specialist, you will be working on a team of talented professionals who work in an environment that offers an entrepreneurial atmosphere that allows them the autonomy to execute complex tasks received from our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with exceptional attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Review billing to ensure accordance with applicable client/project agreements, adherence to company policy and procedures, and data entry errors.
• Issue invoices to the client via email and/or online client portals.
• Handle incoming client billing requests.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide information as needed.
• Registration and maintenance of our clients' online portals.
• Provide support as needed to the Project Controllers.

Qualifications:

• Must have 6+ years of billing experience, preferably in the AEC industry
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles
• Able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe
• Ability to be resourceful and professional with a variety of personalities
