Responsibilities

This is a hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate must be commutable to our Center City, MN location.

The PMO Business Analyst will be responsible for providing project management and analyst support, working with those throughout Hazelden Betty Ford. This role involves tracking the progress of projects, producing project documentation, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints, and helping to improve efficiency by identifying areas of improvement and strengthening processes where necessary

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information science, data management, or related field or 2 years of related experience
  • 2 years of experience performing business analysis: requirements gathering, documentation, specifications.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technicians to inform relevant and actionable insights.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to mentor others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or business analysis
  • Project Management Certifications i.e. (PMP),(CAPM) or Agile Scrum Master Certification
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cost management skills
