Overview The Building Construction Manager III is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the project. The Building Construction Manager III will be focused on schedule certainty, budget delivery and making sure that construction work meets the required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project. The Building Construction Manager III will ensure the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, impacts to the operations, ensuring that risk mitigation for construction activities are optimized, working and coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring standards are adhered to. Wage Data Per State Requirements Salary range for this position is $124,800.00 - $208,000.00 The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
