The Key Account Manager will oversee Amazon's Print and Digital business for the US and Canada, working closely with the Global Director, Amazon. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for these businesses, both internally and with Amazon.

Other responsibilities include managing inventory, providing forecasting, tracking metrics using Wiley systems and Amazon's proprietary vendor platform, providing accounting/credit support, troubleshooting product information issues, and collaborating with numerous internal groups at Wiley. The Key Account Manager will have proven ability to manage and move forward multiple projects at a time, pay strict attention to detail, and have excellent listening, analytic, and communication skills.

How you will make an impact:

  • Act as the main liaison for Amazon's Print and Digital business, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Amazon.
  • Act as the main liaison for other online retailers, maintaining existing accounts and opening new accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiencies through strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage inventory, key account metrics, and forecasting using Wiley systems and Amazon's proprietary vendor platform.
  • Provide accounting and credit support, troubleshoot product information issues, and ensure accurate tracking of metrics.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the UK, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
