About the Opportunity

WeWork is currently seeking a Recruiter to support the Community team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify and recruit top talent for their teams. If you are passionate about connecting people with amazing job opportunities, this is the role for you!

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for high volume positions across the United States and Canada.

  • Partner with hiring managers and functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify recruiting strategies, and ensure hiring needs are met.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador when representing WeWork.

  • Manage job requisitions and candidate pipelines in Workday (HCM) while maintaining data integrity.

  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner.

  • Drive the offer process, including extending, negotiating, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.

  • Proactively share updates with leaders and internal stakeholders through data-driven reporting. Use data to inform and help influence hiring decisions.

  • Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices.

  • Manage the internal mobility process for your roles and partner with HRBPs to ensure program compliance and positive employee experience.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions.

  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly.

  • Results-driven with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, and integrity.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities, and pivoting as needs change.

  • Organized and detail-oriented. This role is all about the details! You need to juggle many different tasks, ensuring they all get done in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions.

  • A passion for fostering inclusion in your recruitment process

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $80,000 - $100,000

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
