Product Mgr IV Technology

Overview

The Product Mgr IV Technology role will help lead the expansion and adoption of our genetic tests. This role will drive innovative initiatives, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers, and who has demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams.

Responsibility

1. Drive prioritization efforts for their product area and champion product area throughout organization.
2. Develop compelling and thorough business cases that articulate a vision and are backed by solid projections of market demand and costs.
3. Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to define market requirements.
4. Write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs.
5. Execute closely with UX designers and software engineers through the full product cycle.
6. Champion products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management.
7. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
8. Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.
9. Partner with marketing, sales, and client services teams to define commercial rollouts.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
4. Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.
5. Experience developing and presenting business cases and multi-phase product roadmaps.
6. Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
8. Experience interviewing patients, providers, and stakeholders.
9. Track-record of managing multiple projects with flawless execution.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Proficient in Agile development.
12. Knowledge of the healthcare space preferred.

Compensation is adjusted based on geographic location.
