The Investor Relations Coordinator, working under direct supervision, is responsible for facilitating communication between the organization and its investors and supports the planning and execution of investor events. This role combines administrative duties with coordination responsibilities to assist Investor Relations team by providing routine assistance to shareholders and analysts, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate team members. The role assists in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in investor communications, filings, and disclosures and helps prepare investor presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.

* Gains investor relations experience, completes routine tasks, and develops skills under direct supervision, supporting change efforts and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

* Provides administrative support to the IR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and processing reports.

* Assists in preparing and distributing investor communications, including press releases, earnings releases, and other relevant updates and supports in coordinating and organizing conference calls, meetings, and events with investors and analysts.

* Coordinates logistics for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other events.

* Responds to routine inquiries from shareholders and analysts, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate team members.
* Supports activities related to regulatory compliance, including the preparation of materials for regulatory filings and adherence to disclosure requirements.
* Identifies routine problems, prioritizes and completes investor relations assignments with direction, develops awareness of project management, and demonstrates academic understanding in the investor relations discipline.
* Develops basic business knowledge, accesses relevant data services, and gains awareness of investor relations best practices, fostering effective working relationships and learning from subject matter experts.

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Accounting, Public Relations, Business Administration or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required.

Experience:
* 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Performance Management specializing in areas such as Financial Analysis, Capital Markets, Earnings Calls and Events, Strategic Planning, Regulatory Compliance or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
