The Investor Relations Coordinator, working under direct supervision, is responsible for facilitating communication between the organization and its investors and supports the planning and execution of investor events. This role combines administrative duties with coordination responsibilities to assist Investor Relations team by providing routine assistance to shareholders and analysts, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate team members. The role assists in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in investor communications, filings, and disclosures and helps prepare investor presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals. * Gains investor relations experience, completes routine tasks, and develops skills under direct supervision, supporting change efforts and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. * Provides administrative support to the IR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and processing reports. * Assists in preparing and distributing investor communications, including press releases, earnings releases, and other relevant updates and supports in coordinating and organizing conference calls, meetings, and events with investors and analysts. * Coordinates logistics for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other events. * Responds to routine inquiries from shareholders and analysts, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate team members.
