Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves handling customer sales, rental questions, and orders via phone or walk-in, maintaining a neat appearance, work area, and showroom, and reporting to the Branch Manager for daily assignments. Key Responsibilities: * Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service. * Handle in-person, telephone, and digital orders, coordinate delivery, and process shipments. * Explain fees and policies of the rental process. * Use merchandising fundamentals to prepare product displays and keep up-to-date pricing on the showroom floor. * Assist outside sales staff with fulfilling customer orders. * Alert purchasing of low and out-of-stock products. * Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory. * Assist in loading and unloading customer equipment. * Perform other responsibilities as assigned. * Attend safety, departmental, and company meetings as required. * Handle 50 estimate calls a day, with 20 position-related and others delegated to departments. * Manage quotes and emails, with additional tasks delegated once trained. Qualifications: * 1 year of inside sales experience. * Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook and Teams). * Experience with ERP systems (Silk preferred). Work Environment: * Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, with approximately 5 hours of overtime each week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
