Description Core Responsibilities Onboard new users and provide end user support. Provide Tier 1 support for all technologies (windows desktop/server, Linux, VOIP, VTC, etc.) Support the day to day technical and logistical operations of our facilities. Work with and manage Windows Active Directory. Ensure compliance of current Information Assurance (IA) policies. Continuously improve user workstation experiences through OS and application optimizations, automation, and streamlined processes. What We Value 1+ years hands-on experience with windows user support. Additional Linux experience a plus. Able to review windows and Linux logs while solving issues. Coding/scripting proficiency in at least one language, and a dedication to automating solutions. Experience with information security frameworks such as device encryption, anti-virus tooling, digital certificates, security policies etc. Familiarity with fundamentals such as AD, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN, and PKI. Familiarity with DISA STIGs. What We Require Active US DOD TS + SCI clearance eligibility Able to lift 30 pounds and be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day. Meet DOD 8570 IAT Level I requirements.
