*Job Description:*
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Center Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. Key responsibilities include performing spare part cycle count audits, providing logistics and warehouse support, handling storage media and data-bearing device reconciliation, and conducting physical audits. *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct spare part cycle count audits. * Provide logistics and warehouse support, including sending and receiving shipments. * Handle storage media and data-bearing device reconciliation and physical audits. * Perform basic server repairs (discrete and rack-based) following documented procedures. * Clean fiber links. * Update and audit MS assets. * Build out middle of rack (MOR) configurations. * Shred data-bearing devices. * Perform power cycles. * Process RMAs and coordinate with the logistics team. * Troubleshoot and swap out failed components. * Install software and firmware updates. * Receive logical and physical hardware into the system. * Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot power and cable connections. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
