Builder Sales Representative

Staffmark, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in Mason, OH, is looking for a motivated Builder Sales Representative to join our team. If you're ready for a dynamic and rewarding role, apply now and take the next step in your career!

Pay: $65k - $75k

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

As a Builder Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing market share and boosting sales in the shower door, shelving, and mirror categories. You'll work with Builders, Contractors, Remodelers, and Architects to increase sales within your designated territory (Southern Ohio, Eastern Indiana, and Northern Kentucky). Key duties include:

• Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan to identify new growth opportunities
• Conducting sales presentations to dealers, builders, contractors, and architects
• Assisting with product selections and installations of shower doors, closet shelving, mirrors, and accessories
• Providing training on the application and installation of products
• Creating bids, reading blueprints, and assisting customers with designs and decisions
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up
• Developing leads by attending industry associations, such as the Home Builders Association
• Completing required reports and tracking sales data in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of prior sales experience (residential building industry background required)
• Ability to read and scale blueprints
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Must be proficient in using software like Organized Living Strongware and Builder Connect
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must present a professional appearance and be a strong team player
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
• A valid driver's license is required
