PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $96,900.00-$118,400.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $75,500.00 - $139,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As the Manager, Collection & Recovery Support, you'll be at the center of strengthening BECU's recovery and resolution strategies. You'll lead a high-performing team, oversee critical support services like charge-offs and loan modifications, and ensure operations run smoothly and in alignment with our values. Your leadership will help members navigate tough financial moments with dignity while improving internal efficiencies and processes. You'll have the chance to shape policies, build collaborative partnerships, and support BECU's mission to improve the financial well-being of our members. **This role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite at our Tukwila, WA headquarters and two days remote from home.
